Data Visualisation with R

Convert the nonsense numbers to meaningful plots and visualizations

Data Visualization in R

This five-week course takes you from the fundamentals of R and visualization to an advanced level. Get hands-on experience in one of the most important data visualization platform and you will be able to immediately apply what you learn in the real world.

After an introduction to R and it’s base graphics, you will equip yourself with the skills you need to look at a number of R plotting examples, from simple graphs such as scatterplots to correlation matrices and complex plots like 3-D, heatmaps, and bubble charts. You will learn about different types of visualization and find the suitable one based on your data.

What is R?

R is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. R provides a wide variety of statistical (linear and nonlinear modelling, classical statistical tests, time-series analysis, classification, clustering, …) and graphical techniques, and is highly extensible. The R language is widely used among statisticians and data miners for developing statistical software and data analysis.

In this course, you will learn the most important things you need to know to convert the nonsense numbers to meaningful plots in R.

What will you achieve after this course?

R is rapidly becoming mandatory for data science and data analysis field. Each year, R gains in popularity and in 2020 it is among the top ten languages of 2020. This implies that the demand for individuals with R knowledge is growing, and consequently learning R is definitely a smart investment career.
If you want to enter the field of Data Science and have a well-paid salary, then you must definitely learn R and this course is perfect for you.
